In my practice, I use a full body systems approach to healing to get to the root cause of what ails you. By not only addressing your condition, but the environment in which it exists and understanding that each of our body's systems work in tandem with one another, we can peel back the layers and get to the root of imbalance. Many health conditions are triggered by multiple factors. That's where the functional approach comes in to play where we address diet, lifestyle, movement, and mindset. 


The Process

1. Assess

In order to understand your symptoms, we need to get to the root that is driving them. Here's what I utilize to better understand your unique physiology:

  • A comprehensive health history session

  • A functional Timeline that maps out your body's terrain 

  • Identify roadblocks you may have encountered or maybe have not recognized

  • Detailed food journal that maps out your diet, habits, symptoms, and more!

2. Recommend

Once we've established the roots of your imbalances I develop a customized protocol that makes living and eating for your goals and needs easy! Your plan will incorporate:

  • Lifestyle support

  • Targeted supplements

  • Recipes and meal planning

  • Mind-body practices

3. Track

Now that we've set you into motion and you are living and eating to support your body, we track your progress and make adjustments as needed. You will notice immediate benefits with some of the changes you make. While other goals require more time. That is the beauty of healing!
