My Story
At 3 years old, I began fueling my passion for dance. Dance was a fun, creative outlet for me. As I got older I began suffering from anxiety and went down the rabbit hole of trial and error for different medications which did not get to the root of my anxiety and threw my body out of balance. When I was a senior in high school I received cortisone injections in my ankles to help with tendonitis that I was dealing with due to hours spent in the dance studio.
Little did I know at the time that steroids can activate tick borne illness in individuals and a year later I was diagnosed with Lyme disease. The downstream effects of treating Lyme created a perfect storm for imbalance and thus PCOS was my next venture.
I decided to get my degree in health studies and graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2021.
I learned a lot about health over the course of my college career both in and out of class. I didn’t value health until I lost it. Conventional medicine did not address the roots of my illness of both Lyme and PCOS so I began exploring alternative methods. I found that nutrition, lifestyle, and the right supplements played a huge role in my healing journey,
Once I graduated college, I decided to go back to school for functional nutrition. What I learned over the course of the program completely shifted my health and I believe it can shift yours too.
Take back control of your health and say goodbye to your symptoms for good!
